30 minutes with a senior practitioner from the team you'd join. Mutual fit, no trick questions.

Craft conversation

Walk us through real work you're proud of. We share ours. Senior to senior, no whiteboard puzzles.

Task and trial sprint

One trial week on a real or simulated, scoped piece of work async or co-located, your choice.

Offer & onboarding

Equity, comp and a 90-day plan written together with the team lead.
